Connor David

Founder of Vital, Connor grew up in Connecticut and graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2015. His credentials include CSCS, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Champion Performance Specialist, and Functional Movement Screen certifications.

Abby Befford

Abby earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from the University of Bridgeport. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience in group and private adult training.

Dylan Hogan

Dylan earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Sport Management from Southern Connecticut State University. He holds NSCA-CSCS and Precision Nutrition Level 1 credentials.
